TVs: The Awakening is an action-packed 2.5D platformer. The graphics in it are three-dimensional, but the camera is on the side most of the time. It automatically follows the character and zooms in and out according to the story scripts. The video game involves overcoming obstacles, solving puzzles and regular battles with bosses. Ability to interact with some interactive objects. For example, you can pull levers and press switches. Puzzle-oriented gameplay and depressing atmosphere are reminiscent of Inside, Limbo and other similar indi games. The plot here seems abstract and confusing at first.

In TVs: The Awakening, you control a creature named U. The hero looks like a robot or humanoid. He has a screen instead of a head. The protagonist wakes up from a nap in a capsule. He explores a rather dark and illusory world. He is accompanied by a mysterious interlocutor who communicates with him via a radio signal. Speeches are just text. The main character has to take part in strange events and find out the truth. He can run left and right, crouch, sneak and trip, as well as jump, climb, hold onto ledges, move and push crates. You can control his movements with a gamepad or keyboard.
