Delving into The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story, players must investigate a variety of crimes. The main task is to find the culprit who killed 4 people. The story takes you to 3 different historical periods taking place in 1922, 1972 and 2022. The chapters are divided into three levels of episodes in which you will have to search for clues, communicate with supporting characters and uncover the truth of the killer.

The protagonist is a guy named Haruka Kagami who is a writer. Users explore the world from the main character’s perspective, exploring and analyzing the situation in different locations. Explore the area and interact with the environment to solve puzzles. You must actively take actions that affect the future of the protagonist. The main objective will be to simulate what is happening at the crime scene in order to understand the opponent’s motives and identify his identity.
