Thalamus is a first person horror game with puzzle and exploration elements. The plot revolves around a guy named Ryan, an ordinary employee who gets a job at a surveillance company. Once in front of the camera, he encounters things he should never have known about. This turns his life upside down and he finds himself in a deadly situation.

With no way out of a terrible situation, Rayan loses his memory. He must finish what he started and thus fulfill his own purpose in life. The action takes place in France and it all started when the protagonist was too curious. He learned all the secret and dark secrets of the company where he got a job. Certain people found out about Ryan following him which caused him to start a nightmarish phase in his life.

The campaign consists of several chapters, each of which tells key moments of a terrible situation. The protagonist encounters hostile members of the Argus Panoptes organization. Observer robots and deadly traps stand in the way. To get out of confinement you need to explore the environment and interact with the world. Some locations contain secret locations and secondary information. Ryan must stop the evil corporation or he will soon start terrorizing large countries with his skills.
