Contract Formation

By placing an order on our website (Junubgames), you enter into a binding contract with us (Junubgames), operated by Lual Mayen (Sole Proprietorship), located at Plaça Gaitán, 798, Bajos Alva Baja, 05382, Spain. Keep in mind that the contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email froms us (Junubgames).

Pricing and Payment Methods

  • All of the prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes (VAT where required), you’re not obliged to pay any additional or hidden fees.
  • We currently only accept PayPal as the sole payment method (More would be added in the future hopefully, nothing is guaranteed tho).
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. No orders will be processed until payment is fully confirmed.

Delivery Terms

  • We (Junubgames) fulfills orders by working with local suppliers within Europe (depending on the destination country). All of the products are directly shipped from these suppliers to the customer.
  • Estimated delivery times range between 4-20 business days (usually on the low end, but we can’t always guarantee that), which depends on the destination country and product availability.
  • We (Junubgames) try to ensure timely delivery (as soon as we possibly can), but delays may occur due to supplier processing, customs, courier services, or product availability.
  • Customers will be notified if delivery is expected to exceed the stated maximum timeframe (20 days).
  • Promotional materials or supplier origin details will not be included in shipments.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • In accordance with European law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
  • To exercise this right as a customer, you must notify us via email at [email protected].
  • Returned items must be unused, damaged, and in their original condition (just like received).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We (Junubgames) are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We (Junubgames) are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or business interruption.
  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the purchased product.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits consumer rights under applicable European law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through Junubgames shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
  • Consumers also retain the right to use the European Dispute Resolution (also knwon as ODR) platform, under the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
