One Last Crane tells the dramatic story of a Japanese schoolboy named Yuki Murakami. A man suffers from a brain tumor, the treatment of which has not brought any positive results. Realizing that he may die in the near future, the hero decides to fulfill his last wish. He returns to his hometown to fulfill his childhood friend’s promise to meet her. A young man wanted to visit a girl named Saki Nishimura, but he couldn’t find her from his last place of residence. The young man enlists the help of his neighbor Chihiro Nagata and his younger sister Mary and begins his search. He soon meets the school’s most popular girl, Asuka Mujimoto. She turns out to be two peas in a pod, just like his old girlfriend. At the same time, the girl is cold towards the protagonist. He wants to find out what’s going on here.
