Omitted uses a classic amnesia plot twist. The hero comes to his senses in a hospital that has been abandoned since 1917. He finds the asylum in ruins and the corpses of abused patients. The protagonist is sent on a solitary walk through dark corridors and depressing wards. The character wants to find out how he got here and what really happened to this place. Backgrounds are revealed through notes, medical reports, and other documents scattered about the locations. This is a short indi project. Reach the end of the story in an hour or less.

Omitted is a first-person psychological indie horror and walking simulator. It has scrimmages in it. The gameplay is in the traditional format of the genre. It is accompanied by a dark ambience. Here you have to explore the locations, interact with interactive objects, pick up objects from different angles, use and examine them, solve puzzles and solve mysteries. The main character moves rather slowly and staggers when walking. The focus of the gameplay is on solving puzzles of different difficulty levels. Also, the developers paid a lot of attention to the mysterious atmosphere. The story is confused. It is deliberately served in such a way that the player pays attention to details and creates a complete picture in his head from scraps of information.
