Metal Tales: Overkill is an atmospheric adventure that immerses users in a world of rock music and heavy metal. Users take control of a group of metal musicians who have been afflicted by an ancient curse. Players must confront the dark forces using musical instruments as weapons. Metal Tales: Overkill Logo is a top-down action roguelike game in which you have to face procedurally generated challenges and dangerous monsters.

During the passage of Metal Tales: Overkill, players have to learn the story of the god Cook, who wields all the guitar deities and gets the influence over the metal players. The hero turns most rockers into zombified humans, must face his opponents and protect the albums of his favorite metal bands. The main task for users will be the destruction of enemies to save the planet from a flood of crazy zombies.

During their adventures, users have the opportunity to:

• Try over 50 items to fight the enemy: guitars, strings, effect pedals, amplifiers, books, challenges, etc.
• Defeat 15 unique opponents that you must defeat to the rhythm of the background songs.
• Face 8 location bosses in 3 different biomes (MetalDen, MetalFestival and Hell).
• Take control of one of the 4 characters who are fans of Metallica, Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath.
• Complete 6 levels in which you can choose single player or cooperative mode.
