How to submit a Complaint

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days at most.
Internal Resolution
- Our customer service team will initially review your complaint and propose a solution (or multiple choices).
- You can be offered multiple resolution offers, including refunds, replacements, or other corrective measures, which depend on your case.
- We try to resolve disputes amicably and in compliance with the EU consumer protection laws.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with EU law, consumers (you as a customer) also have the option to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (also known as ODR) platform for resolving disputes related to online purchases (which meets our case).

Governing Law
All of the complaints and disputes will be handled under and according to the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence within the European Union.
