The world of Who Is Zombie is set in a zombie apocalypse where humans are forced to survive. Users must create defensive lines to repel attacks from dangerous creatures. The events take place in the year 2033 when a terrible cataclysm swept over the planet, turning most of the population into the walking dead. The game is an immersive survival simulator in which you have to rebuild shelters for the residents of a city under attack from monsters.

During the Who Is Zombie walkthrough, users take control of a local headquarters inspector named Aiden, who is forced to monitor those who arrive. The main task will be to work out defenses and give orders to fighters and other civilians. Players can decide who to add to their ranks by examining the traits and abilities of the unique characters (fugitives). Players can build relationships with various residents of the city, as well as local factions.

Plunging into a dystopian world, users must:
