In his all-new life, Under Control’s protagonist begins to enjoy himself to the fullest. He makes acquaintances with incredibly beautiful girls who have long been horny in this lust-fueled city. In addition, an unexpected mishap occurs that fundamentally changes the protagonist’s view of life. The player must make a crucial decision that will change his destiny.

Throughout the narrative, the player must make important decisions that directly affect the development of the plot.
