Plot Ultimate reality is based on the multiverse theory, in which special technology enables travel between dimensions. The player takes control of Drake Smith, he has been a vigilante for over a year. The protagonist fought against criminals and hid his true name by working alone and secretly. One day, Drake discovers a mysterious artifact and then realizes that someone wants to destroy all the worlds that exist in the universes.

The main character moves between dimensions to get to a mysterious figure who is trying to destroy reality. The user struggles with time and changes from time to time as he progresses. Certain actions affect events in other times and worlds. Spatial skills help you fight your opponents and bosses. The game areas contain many hidden locations and puzzles that show you how to get to the antagonist.

The fighting style depends on the outfit you wear. There are a total of 5 different costumes with original abilities. Over time, the player will unlock 10 dimensional abilities and play through five extensive maps in individual dimensions. Futuristic and modern devices, combined attacks and finishing techniques are used in the fights.
