The protagonist SICK gets into an accident and then finds himself on a lonely island. As he begins to figure out how he got to this place, he encounters paranormal phenomena and seemingly deadly dangers. As he explores his surroundings and interacts with objects, he discovers what happened here prior to his arrival and possible escape routes. To stay alive, the guy collects all useful items and materials.

The action takes place on a deserted island where unknown mansions and churches are located and nature is full of dangerous traps and unusual creatures. The central character feels all alone and is constantly afraid, which affects important decisions. In Survival Horror, the user must explore the terrain and collect useful resources. Danger lurks around every corner, and mysteries will illuminate further secondary story moments as they are uncovered.

The control and interaction with interactive objects takes place via an intuitive mechanism. The graphics settings allow you to insert textures in 4K resolution. The protagonist gradually faces increasingly deadly traps and otherworldly creatures trying to kill him. To survive you need to run away from your opponents and find places to wait for a moving monster.
