The arcade challenges in Nineteen take the form of an ironic project in which you have to take control of a character who represents a vaccine against Covid-19. The main task is to save the life of a young man from South Korea named Mongryong Lee. You have to complete many levels in which you have to control the actions of a third-person character and move through locations with landscape obstacles and puzzles.

Immersing yourself in Naintine gives players the ability to:

• Test yourself in dynamic quests scattered with traps and dangerous obstacles.
• Set out to save a life by boosting an injured patient’s immunity.
• Watch illustrated story cutscenes that take place between missions.
• Move between checkpoints and memorize the correct routes and times.

Players navigate through a three-dimensional map where you must not fall into the abyss and get to the end. In places there will be special places with checkpoints where you can save the result, and in case of death or a fall you can start with the checkpoint. Users control the protagonist, who can run and jump to overcome obstacles that appear along the way. You must take turns completing difficult tasks, working through the story and saving a sick man from the effects of the virus.
