Enigmatis 3: The Shadow of Karkhala – Two-dimensional point-n-click adventure that completes the trilogy of thrilling detective stories with intricate scenario events. The new part of the investigation takes the player to the snowy slopes of Mount Karakorum, where Karhal Peak is located, which holds many long-standing secrets and mysteries, and this point on the map is also the location of the Distraught antagonist – Pastor. The villain’s goal is to find an ancient artifact that, according to legend, will bestow unprecedented strength on its owner. The main character’s partner is the same Hamilton who appeared in the first two installments of the franchise and provided assistance in attempts to capture evil in Maple Creek and in Ravenwood.

The final adventure consists of 43 detailed locations full of interactive objects that need to be clicked to get additional story particles as well as important items without which it is impossible to continue the storyline of the single player campaign. In addition to tasks of finding things, puzzles and mini-games await the player, of which there are more than 25 pieces, which will add variety to the gameplay and make the player use intelligence. After completing the main part of the campaign, the user gets access to additional content in the form of a prequel to the original game, revealing the stories of some minor personalities.
