The campaign is divided into levels, between which it is possible to experience the continuation of the exciting story of the adventures of the protagonists. Players must control Jim, moving through the 2D space of a classic platformer and jumping over obstacles. As you move through the locations, you will have to avoid enemy attacks that can damage and kill your character.

The player’s goal is to advance through levels, complete missions and destroy attacking enemies. The hero can use a long-range weapon or a whip with an extended part of his head in battles. The remake of Worm Jim introduces three new levels that bring additional gameplay content and new boss fights. New additions to the game include multiplayer mode, which allows you to play in co-op with up to four other players.
