Aethernaut is a rather complex puzzle game in which the player finds himself in a steampunk world and amazing mechanisms. To understand the principles of their work and which levers to press, it will be trial and error. Fortunately, nobody here is chasing the protagonist and will not attack him, so you can confidently focus on the task at hand and devote as much time to it as you need.

A man wakes up in an unfamiliar place and doesn’t know how he got here. Suddenly a voice from the receiver above makes him wince. He is greeted by Cornell’s scientist, who explains that the place is called Constructor and is made up of many rooms. A protagonist has been selected by the program to conduct an experiment that he signed himself up for, although he has absolutely no memory of it. He must get to the core through this maze, and then he will be sent home. To keep him entertained, he is accompanied everywhere by an explorer while asking strange philosophical questions. Depending on the answers, the narrator’s behavior may change, as may some missions.

Gradually, as he progresses through the Aeternaut levels, the player will hear a strange, thin voice asking for help. The protagonist decides to keep the phenomenon a secret in order to personally investigate the cause. The complex may hold many more mysteries than meets the eye. Also, the guy wants to find out exactly how he got here and if it was a kidnapping.
